How long does it take?
Single process playbooks are delivered in 5–7 business days after the intake interview. Complex multi-process playbooks are delivered in 7–10 business days. If you need it faster, Rush Delivery is available as an add-on — we'll deliver within 48 hours of completing your intake interview.
What do I need to prepare?
Not much! Just identify 1-3 people on your team who know the process best — the people everyone goes to when things get tricky. We handle the rest. It helps to have a general idea of the most common scenarios your team deals with, but our interview process is designed to draw that out naturally.
What formats do I get?
Your playbook is delivered as a professionally formatted PDF and an editable web version you can share with your team. The web version includes interactive decision trees that guide reps through scenarios step by step. You also receive the raw content in Markdown format so you can integrate it into your existing tools.
Can I update my playbook later?
