• Business information: business name, industry, team size, and descriptions of the processes you want to document
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form

We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) under their own privacy policy.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to deliver the Extract Playbook service:

• To understand your business and the processes you want documented
• To conduct knowledge extraction interviews with your team
• To build and deliver your playbook
• To respond to your questions and support requests

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your playbook.
