Plain-English terms for using Extract Playbook

Extract Playbook is operated by Business 34 LLC. We extract tribal knowledge from your team through guided interviews and deliver a structured business process playbook document. By submitting an intake form or engaging our service, you agree to these terms.
Playbooks are priced at $499–$999 as a one-time fee, depending on scope. The exact price is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due as specified in your quote. We use Stripe for payment processing.
Upon completion, we deliver a business process playbook tailored to your team and processes. The deliverable includes structured documentation such as decision trees, FAQs, escalation rules, and tribal knowledge capture — in formats agreed upon at the start of your engagement.
Every engagement includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond that may be quoted separately.
Because our work product is custom-built for your business, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If we have not started on your engagement yet, we will issue a full refund upon request. Contact us at hello@extractplaybook.com with any concerns.
To receive the best possible playbook, you agree to:
You may use your playbook for any legitimate business purpose. You may not resell or sublicense our work product as a standalone product without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the business knowledge and processes we document. Upon full payment, you own the final playbook document we deliver. We may reference the engagement type (not client-specific details) in our marketing.
Extract Playbook and Business 34 LLC are not liable for business outcomes resulting from the use of your playbook. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement. We make no guarantees about specific business results.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
